Remote Energy Management System Monitoring
C&C provides full service remote energy management system monitoring, operational analysis and maintenance supervision of current facilities operations.
How it works
C&C monitors the client’s building using the existing energy management control systems or, if necessary, will install new systems. The information gathered from the control systems will identify if your equipment is operating efficiently. C&C will develop optimization strategies, equipment schedules and comfort settings to increase system performance and efficiency.
Ongoing Energy Analysis
Energy system monitoring provides information on how well the building and systems are operating and if they need to be serviced. C&C will provide suggestions for improvements along with estimates for implementation or other required services.
Remote Support Call Center
C&C's Remote Support Center can handle EMS alarms from all different types of energy management and control systems, providing a proactive alert of potential problems before a building’s operations and comfort are interrupted. Our service center staff of engineers and technicians provide our clients and their service contractors field assistance with various types of on-site maintenance, outside technicians and construction personnel.
Our technicians have technical expertise with HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing and related energy and control systems. They will expedite requests for service when conditions warrant action.
